The tenancy is reserved for students guaranteed by your institution with SISSA contractual documentation and preferably already in possession of a residence permit.
Transitional contract under the flat-rate tax regime (cedolare secca).
Minimum mandatory duration: 12 months.
TARI (to be transferred), ordinary condominium expenses, gas, electricity and water utilities (to be transferred), Wi-Fi, CAF fees for drafting and contractual compliance certification, registration, communication and related costs are to be borne by the Tenant.
The contract may be defined and signed in advance upon payment of a forfeitable deposit (caparra penitenziale).
