My name is Marina Baralle and I have an apartment at Via Valdirivo 24, in the center of Trieste. You may already have my contact information, as I wrote to you a couple of years ago. I’m writing to renew my availability to rent the apartment. One room will be available starting December 5th and the other starting at the end of January. Alternatively, the entire apartment can be rented if a visiting professor, rather than a research student, is available.
Currently, rent for a room is around €400 plus condominium fees and utilities, which are €50, for a total of €450 including towels and sheets.
I can easily arrange a temporary contract, from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 8 months, preferably, but we can discuss your needs.
I’ll send you the photos via Swisstransfer (in “Bedroom 1” there is currently a desk and a bookcase that aren’t shown in the photos; as soon as the current tenant moves out, I’ll update the photos).
